PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING
Our Design Process
SRIM's injection mold design process starts with ideas. Our technical mold design experts will meet with you and create CAD models that incorporate innovative concepts that are optimal for your parts manufacturing.
SRIM will move on to the mold design process once the part has been finalized and approved. Our rapid prototyping allows proof of concept for mold design to create a finished plastic part, which leads to cost efficiencies and necessary modifications.
Injection Mold Production Tooling
Once the mold design is optimal, injection molds are usually constructed using either steel or aluminum and are precision-machined from the design to make the finished part.
Complete Injection Molding Design to Production Solutions
SRIM's custom plastic injection molding capabilities can be turnkey solutions with as little or as much involvement as our customers want during the design process. We will work with you to optimize materials, finishes, and operations as well as manage the product development from start to finish.
In-House Molding Expertise
Our in-house injection molding experts also provide full-service capabilities, which includes managing the entire project, meeting production capacity, providing product assembly and decoration. We have in-house rapid prototyping, short-run and high-volume manufacturing capabilities for any size requirements.
Our combined years of expertise, state of the art equipment, cutting edge software, advanced quality control, and deep material experience allow us to be extremely competitive.
